What I find key with Mark, is that he looks for continuous improvement in his work. Mark regularly undertakes further studies and courses, so he is bang up to date with current PT practice, not all PTs I have worked with in the past continue on with their professional development.
Mark has a very pleasing personality and a good sense of humour. I would recommend him if you want support to meet your personal goals, whether that’s general levels of fitness, maintenance work or training for a specific event, Mark will help you get there!
I had a number of fitness issues which were discussed with both Mark and my Chiropractor.
Mark set out a training schedule to help improve my fitness over the 8 weeks.
The training schedule helped so much that at the end of the 8 weeks we arranged to continue the training.
My fitness level has improved and remained at a good level, which has allowed me to continue to enjoy skiing, cycling, hill walking in the Lake District and Scotland, along with sailing.
I will continue to train to maintain the best level best level of fitness I can manage
I wasn’t comfortable pushing myself and didn’t know what exercises were best for me to regain muscle.
Mark gave me structure and confidence in my workouts, making the sessions friendly and fun.
I have been working with Mark for 8 years now and he is still introducing new exercises and pushing me to be better.
Mark with his expertise, show’s me how to balance my training and prioritise the important bone density weight training with cardio to create a more balanced regime .
I love the mix ! Learning how to use a rower correctly was amazing and every session, whatever is planned , challenges and engaged me .
Sessions are fun and often different. Whether you are an elite athlete or total beginner, Mark has the experience and dedication to really sort you out!
