I’ve been training with Mark for 12 years now. I believe he is one of the most experienced and committed personal trainers around. I very much enjoy the variety of challenges he puts to me at each session and he will structure and adapt the sessions based on my strengths or limitations I have at any given time. In short, a very, very personalised approach. He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. He is extremely reliable and punctual and always sets up ready to start training ahead of time.

What I find key with Mark, is that he looks for continuous improvement in his work. Mark regularly undertakes further studies and courses, so he is bang up to date with current PT practice, not all PTs I have worked with in the past continue on with their professional development.

Mark has a very pleasing personality and a good sense of humour. I would recommend him if you want support to meet your personal goals, whether that’s general levels of fitness, maintenance work or training for a specific event, Mark will help you get there!

I started training with Mark on an 8 weeks to wellness course organised by my Chiropractor some 4 years ago.

I had a number of fitness issues which were discussed with both Mark and my Chiropractor.

Mark set out a training schedule to help improve my fitness over the 8 weeks.
The training schedule helped so much that at the end of the 8 weeks we arranged to continue the training.
