  • We assess clients upon sign up to test capability and set SMART goals based on your individual needs and targets
  • Before and after photos to document your 12 week challenge
  • 3 personal training sessions each week which are bespoke to you and your individual goals
  • 2 sports massages across the 12 week challenge to help recovery and performance while also offering relaxation
  • Nutritional advice and guidance to achieve your goals
  • Weekly check in to monitor performance
  • Additional one to one support via phone,email or whatsapp
